RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your support of Muckles Ink. We at Muckles want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right. We accept returns for exchange or store credit on stock items, non-customized Muckles Rally Apparel and stock embroidery items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom prints and embroidery. We encourage you to reach out with your concerns to info@mucklesink.com. All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the in-store purchase date, or online order ship date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached (if applicable). 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our team at info@mucklesink.com to obtain a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA Number, place the item in its packaging and mail your return to the Following Address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (14) business days from the receipt of your items to process your return if a replacement is needed, to allow production to create the replacement item. For Muckles Credit, please allow 3-5 days from the arrival of your returned item. 


EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@mucklesink.com or at the number below to arrange a refund in the form of store credit or an exchange.
